Understanding your Home dashboard

What each number and card on the Reyvend app Home screen means.

Written by Michael Davis

The Home screen shows how your ReyVend coolers are doing today and what needs your attention. Open the app and tap Home in the bottom menu.

  1. Revenue today. Total sales for today across all your devices. Below it you'll see the number of Orders, your Avg. basket (average sale amount), and how many devices are Online. Tap the chart icon for more detail.

  2. Transactions need review. Appears when one or more sales were flagged and need you to check them. Tap it to open the list. A full guide to reviewing flagged transactions is coming soon.

  3. Transactions today. The number of sales so far today. Tap to open your orders.

  4. Devices online. How many of your devices are connected right now, out of your total. If this number is lower than your total, one or more coolers is offline.

  5. Unread alerts. Notifications you haven't opened yet, such as low stock or a device going offline. Tap to open Alerts.

  6. Needs attention. Devices that are offline or running low on stock. The number on the right is the units currently in that cooler. Tap a device to open it, or tap View all to see every device that needs attention.

  7. Quick actions. Shortcuts to common tasks, such as opening a cabinet door. Scroll down on Home to see them.

Tip: Check Home at the start of each day. If Devices online is lower than your total, fix the connection first, since an offline cooler can't take sales.
