Restocking in the ReyVend app keeps your inventory accurate so the cooler charges customers correctly.
Start a restock
Use any of these:
Home → Restock, then choose the cooler.
Devices → tap the cooler → Restock.
After opening the door with Open Door, the restock screen opens automatically.

Update quantities
Tap a shelf chip at the top (each shows the shelf number and its unit count), or scroll through the shelves.
For each product, use − and + to set how many are on the shelf now. Press and hold to change quickly, or tap the number to type it.
Tap the price to change a product's selling price.
Use the reset button to undo changes to a product, or the trash button to remove it from the shelf.

Add a product to a shelf
Tap Add Product at the bottom of the shelf.
Search or scroll the catalog and tap the product.
Use the dashed + chip at the end of the shelf chips to add a new shelf.
Confirm
Check the totals at the bottom: New stock level and Shelf value.
Tap Confirm Restock.

Tap Log (top right) to see past restocks for this cooler: who restocked, when, and what was added.
Can't change quantities or add products? Your role may not include restocking. Ask your account owner.
