You can check and change the temperature of any ReyVend cooler from the ReyVend app, from anywhere.
Check the temperature
Open the ReyVend app and tap Devices in the bottom bar.
Tap the cooler you want to check.
Scroll down to the Manage section, tap Temperature.
You'll see:
Current – the live temperature inside the cooler.
Target – the temperature the cooler is set to hold.
In range / Out of range – shows Out of range when the current temperature is more than 3°F away from the target.
6-hour trend – a chart of recent readings, and the time of the last reading.
Change the target temperature
On the Temperature screen, set a new target by dragging the slider, typing a value, or tapping a preset (37°, 38°, 40°, 42°).
The new target is sent to the cooler straight away.
Most coolers hold food and drinks best between 37°F and 40°F.
If the temperature is out of range
Make sure the door is fully closed.
Check the vents aren't blocked by products.
Give it some time after a restock – opening the door raises the temperature for a while.
If it stays out of range, contact ReyVend Support from the app (Home → headset icon).
Don't see Temperature? Your role may not include it. Ask your account owner to give you access.
