Add each new ReyVend cooler to your account before you stock it.

Open the ReyVend app. On Home, tap Add Device (or tap + on the Devices tab).

Choose Scan and point the camera at the cooler's QR code, or choose Enter ID and type the Machine ID, then tap Continue.

Give the cooler a name your team will recognize (for example "Lobby – 2nd floor") and tap Add Device.

Green check – the cooler is added. Tap Set Template to load a product layout, or continue.

Amber "!" – already activated – the cooler is already on an account. Contact ReyVend Support if it should be yours.

Red x – failed – check the ID and your connection, then try again.

New coolers appear in Devices. Until setup is complete they show as pending activation – tap Activate on the card to finish.
