The Orders tab lists every transaction from your coolers. Tap Orders in the bottom menu.
Total transactions. The number of transactions in your account.
Search. Enter an order number to find a specific transaction, for example when a customer asks about a charge.
Filters. Tap a filter to narrow the list. The number on each filter is how many orders it contains.
All: every transaction.
Settled: completed and charged.
Pending: still processing.
Review: flagged and waiting for you to check. A full guide to reviewing flagged transactions is coming soon.
Order card. Each card shows the order number, date and time, total, status, number of items, and payment status. Tap a card to see full order details.
Sales report. Tap the chart icon to view your sales over time.
Tip: When a customer contacts you about a charge, ask for the date and time of their purchase. Matching that against the list is often faster than searching by order number.
